Welcome to Húsabakki, nestled amongst mountains and nature.
We have good value accomodation available and a camping site, suitable for individuals, groups and families.
Húsabakki is especially well located for hiking groups and anyone who loves the outdoors. It is located on the Troll Peninsula, home to numerous hiking routes which can be enjoyed all year round. Close to Húsabakki is the nature reserve of Svaraðardalur; home to educational trails, additional hiking routes and bird watching facilities.
We cater for children of all age groups with a sports field, playground, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace. In the valley there are also opportunites to play golf, swim, canoe, take whale watching boat trips, attend guided hikes, go horseback riding and much more.
We strive to provide a personal service and a cosy atmosphere.
